Cleaning Made Easy Month – Twitter Contest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES
This Giveaway is intended for play in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia only and shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law.  Do not enter this Giveaway if you are not located in the 48 U.S or D.C. at the time of entry. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.  VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
 
HOW TO ENTER: If you’re not already, please follow the @InstHomeScience on Twitter. Simply retweet one of the @InstHomeScience (www.twitter.com/InstHomeScience) tweets mentioning #CleaningMadeEasy for a chance to be entered to win; contest runs weekly from April 8, 2013 to May 5, 2013. Limit one (1) entry per person/Twitter account per week; entrants can enter for the chance to win each week, limit one prize per person/Twitter account.  Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account entry is submitted from at the time of entry.  Authorized account holder is the person who is assigned to the Twitter account by the online service provider.  Multiple participants may not share the same Twitter account.  All entries become sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Automated entry devices are prohibited.  Sponsor reserves the right to void entries made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method.  Proof of submission of entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor.  Participants may not register with multiple Twitter accounts or email addresses or use other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any Participant who attempts to enter with multiple Twitter accounts or email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times is subject to disqualification and prize forfeiture, in Sponsor's discretion.

(2) April 15-21, 2013: Whirlpool brand White Ice Range (Model WFE/G710H0AH ) 
(3) April 22-28: Whirlpool brand White Ice Side by Side Refrigerator (Model WRS965CIAH)
(4) April 29, 2013 – May 5, 2013: Whirlpool brand White Ice Dishwasher (Model WDT710SAYE)
 
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from the tweets received within the timeframe below:
 
·         Week 1 entries will be closed on April 14, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET
·         Week 2 entries will be closed on April 21, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET
·         Week 3 entries will be closed on April 28, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET
·         Week 4 entries will be closed on May 5, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET
 
A total of four (4) winners will be chosen. All winners subject to verification by Sponsor.  Twitter's computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.  Decisions of Sponsor with respect to the Giveaway are final.  Potential winners will be notified via direct message to the winner's Twitter ID as recorded in the winner's Twitter account; winners must respond back via a direct message via Twitter within 48 hours.  Winners may be required to, in Sponsor's sole discretion, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form or prize will be forfeited.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.  Sponsor is not responsible for any change in Twitter account information, email, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.
